Returns


If you want to send your products back to us, we will give you the details of how to do so in the following section.
 

This is a description of the procedure for sending a parcel package back to us:

  1. Write a short email to [email protected] with your information such as order number, name and address and the products you want to send back, so that we can allocate your return and initiate the return process in our system.
  2. Use the following link https://www.gls-returns.com/#/m/bellissa-return-portal to obtain a returns ticket. Please enter all the information that is requested.
  3. Please attach the return ticket to the package in a clearly visible position. Please take care to make sure that the QR code can be easily read.
  4. Take the package to the nearest GLS shop in your neighbourhood.
  5. As soon as you have sent the goods back to us and we have received them, our warehouse will check the condition of the goods.
  6. If the goods are in good condition, we will refund the amount you have paid.

This is a description of the procedure for sending a carrier delivery back to us.

  1. Write a short email to [email protected] with your information such as order number, name and address and the products you want to send back, so that we can allocate your return.
  2. We will get in touch with the carrier and arrange for collection at your home.
  3. The carrier will get in touch with you and agree a time for collection.
  4. As soon as the carrier has returned the goods to us, our warehouse will check the condition of the goods.
  5. If the goods are in good condition, we will refund the amount you have paid.
