Right to revoke & revocation form

Consumers are entitled to a right to revoke according to the following conditions, where the consumer is any natural person that concludes a legal transaction that cannot be mainly allocated to his or her commercial or independent professional activity:

You have the right to revoke this contract within fourteen days without giving a reason.

The notice of revocation lasts for fourteen days after you or a third party appointed by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the last of the goods.

In order to exercise your right of revocation, you must inform us (bellissa HAAS GmbH, Birkenstraße 22, 88285 Bodnegg-Rotheidlen, Germany, email: info@bellissa.com) by an explicit declaration (e. g. a letter sent by post or email) of your decision to revoke this contract. You can use the sample revocation form for this purpose, although this is not essential.

To keep to the revocation period of notice, it is sufficient to send the notification of your exercise of the right to revoke before the end of the revocation period of notice.

Consequences of the right to revoke

If you revoke this contract, we have to refund all the payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of another form of delivery different from the most favourably priced standard delivery that we offer), without delay and at the latest within fourteen days of the day on which we received your notification of the revocation of this contract. For this refund, we will use the same method of payment as you used in the original transaction, unless we have explicitly agreed something different with you; in no case will any fees be charged for this refund. We may refuse a refund until we have received the goods back or until you provide evidence that you have sent the goods back, depending which time is the earlier.

You must return or hand back the goods to us without delay and in any case within fourteen days at the latest from the day on which you informed us of your decision to revoke this contract. To keep to the period of notice, you will need to dispatch the goods before expiry of the fourteen day period.

We are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods. For goods that because of their features cannot be returned to us by post (freight forwarded goods), the direct cost for each return of such goods has been calculated at a maximum of around 50-100€.

You will be responsible for any loss of value of the goods only if this loss of value can be traced back to your handling of the goods in a manner not required for inspection of their nature, qualities and function.
